This policy explains the information practices associated with the Forest Villas & Tents Resort website and direct communications with our guest desk. It applies to visitors, prospective guests and people who contact us about stays, dining, accessibility, groups or the Lantern Salon.

Please avoid including payment-card details or sensitive information in an ordinary email.
The forms on this website help you review and prepare enquiry details. They do not automatically transmit those details to the resort. If you continue an enquiry with the guest desk, we may create correspondence and service records needed to discuss availability, quote a stay, document agreed preferences, arrange requested services or administer a confirmed reservation. The information collected at that stage will depend on the service requested.
